Touchscreen Rental and Touchscreen Event Software Case Study – Media 10
Media 10 are a leading publishing and events company that run internationally renowned events and conferences. Media 10 required the rental of touchscreen kiosks for one of their flagship events, 100% Optical. The aim was to make open spaces more interactive and to provide show information.
What was done
We provided four EleKiosks for rental with interactive event software for the show. The EleKiosks were placed in open areas so visitors could interactive between the main speeches. We also designed and developed the event software, which included;
- Show guide
- Floorplan
- Programme
- Speaker profiles
- Sponsor messages
- Live event feedback.
Media 10 provided the event branding guidelines, assets and content. Then we did everything else to develop the event software. Delegates were able to find key event information by touching the screen and also leave live feedback via a feedback survey. The touchscreen kiosks with event software were a popular addition to the show, complimenting printed programmes, leaflets and maps with something interactive and engaging. Crucially, the event software also enabled sponsors to pay to have their own branding and interactive messages on each of the kiosks. This generated significant further revenue for the event. At the end of the event we provided usage statistics on how the touchscreen kiosks with event software were used, which were valuable for sponsors as well as the event organisers. We also provided real-time results from the event survey, enabling the organisers to make in-show improvements, as well as analyse visitor feedback for the next show.
